"So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other, just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples."

The intimate and pursuing love of our Abba father has ravished my heart. Although I have known Christ for 5 years, it's as if I am just grasping a glimpse of the depths of his love. God's love is something beyond words, I become speechless at the thought of his pursuing touch.

I ponder on my previous life and my mind is boggled as I think of how he ran after me, longing for his daughter to run into his embrace.

I believe that I didn't truly understand his love because it is so supernatural, it is to deep to fully comprehend, but even a glimpse of it is enough to set my heart ablaze!

 

His love is something for so many years I have put in a box in comparison to love here on earth. When I failed, I expected him to be angry with me and leave, until I was without blame. But NO, his love was still pursuing. His love is something that can not be measured but something that only blesses us when we decide to believe it and choose to walk in his love!

"The Lord will hold you in his hand for all to see - splendid crown in the hand of God. Never again will you be called "The Forsaken City" or "The Desolate Land." Your new name will the "The City of God's Delight" and "The Bride of God." for the Lord delights in you and will claim you as his bride.
(Isaiah 62:3-4)

His love is so deep and so wide that even when we spit in the face of God his love is still pursuing full force to win our hearts and with compassion he says "Forgive them for they do not know what they are doing"... Mind boggling?

Being in Bangkok, Thailand our teams ministry has been to go into the forsaken land and show our Abba fathers pursuing love. We have been ministering in a bar called Nana's and Soi One. Many men come to the bars to find Asian women. The men can purchase a lady for 600 baht which is about $18 in American cash. These men are free to do whatever they want with these ladies. These women hate their work but the feel desperate for money.  Many of them are single mothers working to feed their child and pay bills.

I have caught myself being angry and disgusted at these men that come and lust over these lovely women. These women who were created in the image of God and deserve to be treated with respect and beauty. Today, I had a friend write me in a email reminding me to hate the demons and love the soul.

We go in faith believing that these ladies and men will see a glimpse of our fathers love. If these ladies desire to come out of their present lifestyle, their exit is a ministry called "The Well." "The Well" is a prevention center for bar girls, as well as those who have decided to turn from the bar girl scene which allows young women to begin working by making and selling cards, purses and handcrafts. This teaches them to make money in a healthy way as they are being trained in the Word of God!

A few nights ago at a bar called "Soi One," A small girl caught Angel's eye.  Her name is Beau and she is 14 years old. First approaching the bar to talk to her, the bar manager quickly says "She is not working here, she is family and is here for a holiday." We knew that this was not true. She infact was working for as a bar girl. The bar manager was telling us that Beau did not work there in fear that we were police. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 20 years old to work in the bars.

That night we paid Beau's bar fine, taking her to sing Karaoke, it was beautiful to see her smile and enjoy herself.  She could smile knowing that she was safe. Jim is a man who is over "The Well." His heart broke in two when he saw Beau working in the bars. I felt as though I observed Jesus reach out to Beau with loving arms of grace. Jim said "I am getting her out of here, even if it means I must adobt her." Sure enough, Jim talked to her and that night we brought her home so she could peacefully rest. The following morning Beau and her friend who is 16 years old named Bun and was a dancer at the bars, came to visit "The Well," where there were about 12 other girls who understood their past and were trying to get her to come and join them at "The Well." Sure enough both Beau and Bun now are making and selling crafts for money and can safely sleep at night and be taught the word of God as well as english during the day.

 

In celebration for Beau and Bun leaving the Bars, We took all the girls out for dinner. It was beautiful so see them smile. I asked Beau if she was happy to be at the well she smiled and said, "Yes, I can Sleep." At 14 years old Beau was in fear of her conditions of her life when she woke the next morning. Praise God, Now sleep peacefully, waking in the morning secure.
